• Copyright retained by Jo M. Orise for all her original graphics.

• Created graphic, illustration is for a single use by single Client or his Agent:

  • Example: Client use on stationary, business cards, invoices, statements, advertisement on any mass media outlet to promote Client business = 1 use. Illustrations to accompany a particular written piece = 1 use.

  • Reproduction of any kind by Client must have prior approval by Artist.

    Client may not reproduce any graphic or illustraion in any manner in order to sell as an artform to the public.

• Release of Copyright to client arrangements are available for a one time fee determined by Artist.

• Rush work: $50/hour [2 hour minimum]
